External gear pumps are used in various kinds of application.
Simplicity of construction, sturdiness and low cost make external gear pumps the most common kind in hydraulic applications.
Marzocchi ELIKA pumps are characterized by low noise and low pulsations.
Due to their range of operating speeds, they are particularly suitable for use in variable speed drive systems. In these systems, ELIKA pumps combined with an inverter can effectively replace a variable displacement pump, with significantly lower costs.
Available with displacement from 7 to 200 cc/rev and working pressure up to 300 bar.
ALP series aluminum pumps
Flanges and covers are made of special high-strength aluminum alloys. The Marzocchi gear pumps ALP series are produced in four different types, with displacements between 1.4 and 200 cc/rev and working pressures up to 250 bar.
GHP series cast iron pumps
The GHP series has identical configurations to those of the ALP series, but in the GHP pumps flanges and covers are made of spheroidal cast iron. This guarantees extreme reliability even in use with harsh working conditions and particularly high pressures, up to 270 bar.
Multiple pumps ALP and GHP series
The multiple pumps can be easily set up by assembling the ALP and GHP modular elements, with displacements from 0.19 cc / rev to 200 cc / rev, (groups 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4) using a special dedicated kit.
1P and K1P series
A complete range of high performance aluminum pumps for use in hydraulic control units and for various mobile and industrial applications, with displacements from 1.1 to 8 cc/rev.
1P & K1P pumps
Gear micropumps 0.25 and 0.5 series
These pumps are employed in micro-control units used in the most varied applications, from aeronautics to marine, from the medical sector to the automotive sector.
